Custom Messaging:
We offer the service of personalized messaging with your gifts. We can custom create your company's name and logo with a personalized message on a card inside of each gift. Please indicate if you would like custom messaging when you place your order.
Lead-Time:
Orders must be received a minimum of 5 business days prior to ship date, not arrival date.

Email orders to: corporategifts@delallo.com 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please include gift name, quantities, mailing addresses, phone number and email contact. Our customer service team will contact you to review your order and to confirm payment amount. Orders will be processed once payment is received.
Sending gifts to different mailing addresses is not available online at this time. Please contact customer service at 1-877-DELALLO.
Shipping Information
All gift collections are eligible for Free Ground* shipping in the contiguous U.S.** (excludes AK, HI) The Antipasti & Antipasto Misto collections require & will automatically ship 2nd Day Air. These gifts will come parceled in the signature DeLallo gift box, and inside the products will be enclosed in an insulated sleeve with ice packs.
**Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible for free shipping; additional charges will apply.
* Orders will be shipped Ground in the contiguous U.S. to arrive 5-7 business days from ship date.
Express Shipping is available upon request for an additional charge.
No International Shipping: we do not ship outside the 50 United States.
