Q. Where can I buy your products?
A. Call us at 1-877-DELALLO and we will help locate a grocery chain nearest you*, but don't forget you can order from our online store 24 hours a day.
*In some cases, individual store and address information may not be available.
Q. Do you offer CASE or QUANTITY discounts?
A. Yes! If you call our Customer Service Center at 1-877-DELALLO, a representative will be able to place your order and apply a 20% discount to the purchase of 12 units of the same product and/or 5 lbs. of bulk, hand packed items. The 20% discount is applied only to that item, not your entire order.

5lbs of bulk, hand packed items (bulk olives, antipasti) = 20% off
This discount can only be applied to items purchased through DeLallo.com and must be shipped via UPS Ground. This discount is not valid at our Jeannette Italian Marketplace.
Q. Do you ship outside the United States?
A. Currently, we cannot service orders placed from or shipped to locations outside the U.S. We currently offer UPS shipping services to all 50 US states.
Q. How long does it take my order to process?
A. Upon receiving payment for an order, the George DeLallo Company has three (3) business days* to process and ship the order out of our warehouse. The shipping clock starts at this point. If an unforeseen delay occurs, for example because of a product going temporarily out-of-stock, we will contact you within three (3) business days via the telephone number we are provided with an order.
Q. Do you ship perishables?
A. Please note that all perishable items are typically sent 2nd Day Ground to ensure your product arrives in superb condition. All fresh food products (olives, antipasti, meats, cheeses) are carefully packaged to maintain optimum quality. As needed, your order will be packed with ice packs and placed in an insulated container for shipment.
Q. Are there address restrictions?
A. We guarantee delivery only to the address you provide. Shipments that you re-direct and shipments to incorrect or incomplete addresses cannot be guaranteed to deliver on time. Shipped orders with incorrect addresses will be subject to additional charges for address correction or forwarding by postal or shipping services. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Q. How much are shipping charges?
A. The shipping charges for our products are dependent upon weight. Simply add the items you want to the cart, and go through the checkout process, and it will give you your shipping charges.
Q. Can I pick up my online order at the Jeannette, PA retail store location?
A. All orders placed through DeLallo.com must be processed through UPS shipping and shipped out, with the exception of DeLallo Gift Collections.
Q. Can I change the delivery address?
A. We will be happy to change the delivery address as long as your order has not been delivered or is not on its way to being delivered. When making changes, please e-mail us at onlineorders@DeLallo.com and include your order confirmation number, along with your daytime and evening phone numbers, to facilitate the process.
Q. Can I change the date of my order's delivery?
A. If your order has not been delivered, or is not on its way to being delivered, we will be happy to change its intended delivery date. To request a change please e-mail us at onlineorders@DeLallo.com and include your order confirmation number, along with your daytime and evening phone numbers, to speed up the process.
Q. Is it safe to use my credit card online?
A. We never send personal information, such as your credit card number, over the network in a way that is readable to anyone but us. We encrypt your information and send it over the Internet using SSL (secure socket layer) technology. When your browser is in secure mode, you will notice a blue bar at the top of the browser window and an unbroken key or lock icon at the bottom left corner of the window.

A. The Rhode Island Red chicken originated in the Mediterranean, and migrated to the USA.

Q. Can I purchase items only found at the DeLallo Italian Marketplace in Jeannette, PA through DeLallo.com?
A. Yes, you can. For special requests or to place an order over the phone, please contact our Shipping Department directly at 1-877-DELALLO (335-2556). For purchases of products not sold on DeLallo.com (i.e. sold only at our DeLallo Italian Marketplace in Jeannette, PA), no discounts of any kind (including the bulk discount offered through DeLallo.com and/or sale pricing found in the Weekly Ad) can be applied when ordering over the phone for a UPS delivery. Regular retail pricing applies to all special orders.
