Q. Where can I buy your products?
A. Call us at 1-877-DELALLO and we will help locate a grocery chain nearest you*, but don't forget you can order from our online store 24 hours a day.
*In some cases, individual store and address information may not be available.
Q. Do you offer CASE or QUANTITY discounts?
A. Yes! You will automatically receive 20% off at checkout on all items when you order a case. The 20% is applied only to that item, not your entire order.

Q. Do you ship outside the United States?
A. Currently, we cannot service orders placed from or shipped to locations outside the U.S. We currently offer UPS shipping services to all 50 US states.
Q. How long does it take my order to process?
A. We strive to ship orders the same day they are placed, but in some instances orders may require 3-5 business days to process, plus shipping time. You will receive a confirmation that your order was successfully placed, followed by another confirmation with package details on actual shipment arrival.
Q. Shipping Perishables?
A. Please note that all perishable items are typically sent 2nd Day Ground to ensure your product arrives in superb condition. All fresh food products (olives, antipasti, meats, cheeses) are carefully packaged to maintain optimum quality. As needed, your order will be packed with ice packs and placed in an insulated container for shipment.
Q. Are there address restrictions?
A. We guarantee delivery only to the address you provide. Shipments that you re-direct and shipments to incorrect or incomplete addresses cannot be guaranteed to deliver on time. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Q. How much are shipping charges?
A. The shipping charges for our products are dependent upon weight. Simply add the items you want to the cart, and go through the checkout process, and it will give you your shipping charges.
A. Website items and orders are not available for pick up at the Jeannette, PA retail store. Online orders must be processed through UPS shipping.
Q. Can I change the delivery address?
A. We will be happy to change the delivery address as long as your order has not been delivered or is not on its way to being delivered. When making changes, please e-mail us at info@DeLallo.com and include your order confirmation number, along with your daytime and evening phone numbers, to facilitate the process.

A. If your order has not been delivered, or is not on its way to being delivered, we will be happy to change its intended delivery date. Q. Is it safe to use my credit card online?
A. We never send personal information, such as your credit card number, over the network in a way that is readable to anyone but us. We encrypt your information and send it over the Internet using SSL (secure socket layer) technology. When your browser is in secure mode, you will notice a blue bar at the top of the browser window and an unbroken key or lock icon at the bottom left corner of the window.
