Please allow 3 business days for processing. Orders will be shipped via UPS Ground to arrive up to 5 business days from ship date.
Perishable items may require 2nd Day Air Shippping. Perishable orders received Wednesday through Sunday will not be processed until the following Monday. Your entire cart may automatically be upgraded to 2nd Day Air Shipping if you place a perishable item in your cart. Please call if you have any questions.
We do not ship internationally. We do not ship to A.P. or P.O. Boxes.
Customers who purchase gift baskets with a total value of $49 or over are eligible for free Ground Shipping*.
*Gift collections that include perishable items can not be shipped using ground unless shipping address is within the 1-Day transit zone (see map below). Corporate gifts are not eligible. Eligibility is determined per shipping address, not per order.
Express shipping is always available upon request for an additional charge.
Shipping charges are calculated per ship-to address and are based on the ship-to locatoin along with the esimtated weight of your order. To give our customers the best shipping rates possible, we give each shipment a real-time shipping quote based on each individual order. After you have chosen your items and shipping service during the order process, we will supply you with a real-time shipping quote.

For Christmas Eve GROUND Delivery, order by: Mon. Dec. 16th, 5 p.m.
*After December 16th, please call for an estimated arrival date.
Satisfaction Guaranteed: Your complete satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied with all or part of your order, simply return it and receive a replacement or refund (when applicable).
Substitutions: Due to product availability, some substitutions of equal value may be necessary. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled only before they have been processed or shipped. Please call customer service.
