We are great adherents to the tenets of Italian food tradition, but we also know a good idea when we see it. In an excellent marriage of tradition and innovation, we make our Balsamic Vinegar Spray by the strict laws of balsamic vinegar production. Then we bottle it with a spray top so that you can control exactly how much vinegar goes on your salad. The sweet, rich flavor of balsamic vinegar is over the top delicious, but a salad requires just a fine spray.
