Black Niçoise Olives

A berry-like brown-black olive, the Niçoise features a delicate, somewhat tart flesh surrounding a large pit. One of the favorite table olives of France, the Niçoise is the perfect start to a Mediterranean meal. They are also must-haves for Nicoise Salad, and for topping poached fish.
