Curly Pepper Salad

Grown in the sunny fields of Spain, Curly Peppers are a very long, thin, tender pepper with yellow-green skin and a unique savory-yet-sweet flavor. We paired them together with sweet sun dried tomatoes, desensitized white garlic, and black ripe pitted olives.
