Flat Fillet Anchovies

Our Flat Fillet Anchovies are hand-packed, layered in salt in barrels until the full strips of fish have achieved the utmost flavor and preservation. Then they are packed in olive oil, where they retain their integrity, staying quite firm and whole. Anchovies can be used in sauces, stuffings and salads, as well as atop pizza for a salty, strong flavor that never tastes “fishy.”
