Genoa Salami

This salami, named after the city in which it was born, is a fine textured pork sausage seasoned with garlic and spices.  It has been aged for over 3 months to develop a pleasant robust flavor that is ideal on a classic Italian Panini or wrapped around a cube of Provolone. Artificial casing.
