Grated Parmesan

Parmesan is a cow’s milk cheese that originated in northern Italy, much revered and grated over many a dish of pasta. A granular, aged cheese with a nutty flavor and a bit of a bite, Parmesan is universally loved on pasta and also sprinkled on salads.
