Italian House Dressing

We make our Italian House Dressing from a recipe passed down by Nonna DeLallo, using DeLallo extra virgin olive oil and red wine vinegar with hints of garlic, onion, lemon juice, red bell pepper and Italian spices. This well-balanced dressing has a pronounced zip, courtesy of the red wine vinegar, which is just the right accent for mixed greens.
