Mini Genoa Salami

The traditional salame of the Genoa area is a medium-fine textured pork sausage, seasoned with garlic and spices, and aged for three months to bring out the full flavor of the sausage. Our Mini Genoa Salami has a well-developed but milder flavor than some more aggressive salamis you've tasted-a good choice for an antipasto tray because it's size is ideal for snacking.  Cut this salami on a slant to obtain the best flavor of the pork and spices.  1 Salami Pre-Packaged.
