Mortadella Sliced Plain

Originating in Bologna, a city known for its rich gastronomic tradition, Mortadella is comprised of finely ground select cuts of pork folded together with cubes of rich jowl fat.  These ingredients are stuffed in an oversized bladder and hung to slow roast in brick ovens for up to 12 hours.  A true masterpiece with its rosy hue and savory flavor, Mortadella is ideal eaten as a panini on rustic Italian bread. Pre-Packaged Sliced.
