Navy Beans

Notorious soup beans, these legumes are small, smooth and dense with a creamy white color and mild flavor. The name "Navy Bean" comes from their popularity in the United States Navy, a nutritious staple in the early 20th century. While they complement such hearty dishes as Ham and Bean Soup, they are also known for making excellent Baked Beans.
