Of southern Mediterranean origin, our Oil Cured Olives are picked at maximum ripeness for a deep black skin and wrinkled flesh, then cured in layers of salt and packed in olive oil to create a pleasant bitterness and salty finish. Not for the faint of heart, Oil Cured Olives are a must for fans of intense olive flavor.
