Casareccia, or "home style pasta", is a short, slightly spiral pasta that began flat and has been rolled and turned a little, like a ballerina in the act of twirling around. This spiral form creates lots of ridges and valleys where sauce can go and stay - so be sure to dress it with the kind of thick, chunky ragu you want to eat lots of. Our Organic Casareccia is made from certified organic durum wheat semolina, so you can be sure the flavor and texture will stand up to even the heartiest sauce.
