Roasted Garlic Stuffed Olives

We remove the pits from plump green California olives and fill the crunchy body with whole roasted cloves of garlic. The garlic’s cognac flavor and color melds seamlessly with the buttery, tart flesh of the olive as though it were the olive’s own heart.
