Roman Medley

Roman Medley is a hefty blend of Sevillano olives, both green Sicilian cured and purple-brown Calabrese style, tossed with flat yellow lupini beans, slightly spicy pepper strips and Italian herbs. It's a satisfying start to an Italian meal, and also makes a pretty and delicious party snack.
