Italian Durum Wheat Semolina
Semolina is flour made from durum wheat, the type of grain grown in Italy for making pasta. Our Semolina is made from Puglia-grown durum, and can be used to make delectable, delicate fresh pasta at home, or gnocchi alla romana (a semolina-based dumpling) or semolina pudding. It also makes an excellent warm cereal for babies. Start them young, and they'll have good pasta in their blood!
