A glistening green olive grown in California and cured in the Sicilian style, the flesh of our Sicilian olives is broken after harvest to allow the briny curing marinade to penetrate evenly throughout the flesh, resulting in a distinctly buttery, slightly tart flavor.

Packed in brine in a resealable deli cup. Refrigerate after opening.
