Sliced Pimentos

The pimento is a heart-shaped red pepper with a tender flesh and a sweet flavor, a little more pronounced than a bell pepper, but not the least bit hot. We offer Pimentos in either Sliced or Diced versions. Add the slices to salads, sandwiches and pizzas, or the diced chunks to pasta salads or omelets.
