Queen Olives are leaf-green in color, nicely plump and possessed of a tart and lightly salted flavor. Our Queens are balanced with a pretty stuffing of chopped orange-red pimento, like a bigger sister to the well-known stuffed Manzanilla.  A quick and tasty starter, Stuffed Queen Olives make a convenient ingredient in salads, pasta dishes or atop focaccia.
