Sun-Dried Tomato Bruschetta

Tomatoes are a favorite bruschetta topping, and we love this version, with the intense flavor and yielding texture of the sun-dried tomatoes. They produce a rich, red color and their summery flavor is set off to perfection by the olive oil, white wine vinegar and spices we use to complete this delicious, Italian-made appetizer.
