Although teriyaki is a Japanese sauce, the combination of sweet and sour flavors on the antipasto table is anything but foreign to Italians. Our Teriyaki Mushrooms are beautiful brown Italian-grown button mushrooms marinated in sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, ginger and garlic.
