Tri-Color Gnocchi

Our Tri-Color gnocchi is made in the time-honored way infusing each compact dumpling with fine texture and potato flavor, and some rounds having either sun dried tomotoes or spinach folded in to them providing an addition of savoriness to this dish.  Serve them with olive oil and grated Parmigiano-Reggiano or with cream based sauces famous throught Northern Italy the origin of this fine pasta.
