Vanilla Pizzelle

The pizzelle is a waffle cookie native to Abruzzo and now popular all over Italy. Our Vanilla Pizzelle are hand-made by artisanal bakers to create the thin, crisp, golden, buttery-tasting cookie so often seen at Italian weddings. Vanilla Pizzelle can be eaten with coffee at dessert, or used to make ice cream sandwiches or hazelnut spread sandwich cookies.
