Bruschetta can be as simple as toasted bread with olive oil and garlic or as elegant and spicy with creativity as this recipe. Our Imported Hot Pepper and Garlic sauce is an oil-based sauce that is tossed with tender shrimp and fresh green parsley. Directions:Preheat oven to 375˚F. Place baguette slices on baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil. Bake approximately 8 minutes, until lightly browned. Set aside to cool. Place chopped shrimp, hot pepper & garlic sauce, vinegar, Asiago cheese and parsley in a medium bowl, and mix well. Spoon a heaping tablespoon of shrimp mixture onto each bread slice. Arrange on platter and serve. Makes 10 bruschettas |
