If you like crab and don't mind a little kick to your peppers, you're going to love a favorite antipasti recipe of ours: Crab Stuffed Pepperazzi™. Perfect for any occasion, our spicy-sweet peppers combine great flavor and presentation for your guests—young and old alike! Ingredients:
Directions:Preheat oven to 400˚F. In a large saucepan, heat olive oil on medium-high. Sauté onions for tenderness. Remove from heat and allow to cool for about 3 minutes. In a large mixing bowl, combine green onions with crabmeat, egg, mayonnaise, mustard, DeLallo breadcrumbs, garlic and Old Bay™. Once thoroughly combined, salt and pepper to taste. Using a spoon, stuff each pepper with filling. Arrange Pepperazzi™ on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle with Panko Breadcrumbs. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until golden. Serve warm. Serves 6 |
