Crunchy Parmesan Chicken

Parmesan cheese replaces the breadcrumbs, for crunchy and salty baked crust. Perfect
for a quick dinner served on top a salad of fresh spinach.

Ingredients:

4 chicken breasts, trimmed and pounded lightly
3 egg whites, lightly beaten
2 cups finely grated DeLallo Parmesan cheese

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 390 degrees.  Dip the chicken in the egg whites and press into the Parmesan.  Place the breasts on a baking sheets and bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until crunchy and golden.
