Greek Feta Pasta Salad

A quick and easy pasta salad using one of our most popular antipasti, springy fusilli and homemade vinaigrette. The perfect complement to any summer day picnic or simply an at-home side.

Ingredients:

  • 1 (1-pound) package DeLallo Fusilli
  • 1 3/4 pounds (28 ounces) DeLallo Greek Feta Salad
  • 1/2 cup DeLallo Extra Light Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup DeLallo Red Wine Vinegar
  • 2 1/2 cups grape tomatoes, halved
  • Salt and pepper

Directions:

Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Once boiling, add salt and then pasta. Cook for al dente texture. Drain and cool.

In a large serving bowl, toss the DeLallo Greek Feta Salad, olive oil, vinegar, tomatoes, salt and pepper together with the pasta to coat.

Serve immediately or refrigerate and allow to marinate for 2 hours, for best flavor.
