Directions

  • Place avocado in a bowl with lemon juice.
  • Gently stir to coat.
  • In a large glass serving bowl, layer pasta salad any way you'd like. We layered from bottom to top: chickpeas, roasted red peppers, fusilli, avocado, crumbled bacon and onions.
  • Drizzle dressing on top just before serving.
