Tri Color Gnocchi with Sage Butter Sauce

With only a few steps and ingredients, you can add some color to your meal. As a side or a main course, DeLallo Tri-Color Gnocchi are the life of the party! Introduce the earthy aroma of sage and a subtle zest of lemon, and you have a pasta big on flavor.

Ingredients:

  • 1 16oz. package DeLallo Tri-Color Gnocchi
  • 8 tablespoons butter (1 stick)
  • 1/3 cup fresh sage leaves, thinly sliced
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh lemon peel, finely grated
  • salt and pepper

Directions:

Cook gnocchi according to package directions and drain.

Meanwhile, cook butter in medium skillet over medium-high heat until butter begins to brown, about 4 minutes. Add sage and lemon peel. Season with salt and pepper.

Pour sage butter sauce over hot gnocchi; toss to coat.
