Tri-Color Gnocchi with Sage Butter Sauce

- 1 (1-pound) package DeLallo Tri-Color Gnocchi
- 8 tablespoons butter (1 stick)
- 1/3 cup fresh sage leaves, thinly sliced
- 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh lemon peel, finely grated
- Salt and pepper
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook gnocchi until they float to the top, about 4 minutes. Drain.
Meanwhile, melt butter in a saucepan over medium-high heat until it begins to brown, about 4 minutes. Add sage and lemon peel. Season with salt and pepper.
Toss hot gnocchi with butter sauce in the saucepan. Cook together for 2 minutes to coat. Serve immediately.
