Warm Green-Pitted Olives Gigante with Garlic & Oregano

Our green California Sevillano olives served warm with fresh oregano and garlic to give this antipasto an unmatched Mediterranean flavor. 

Ingredients:

  • 40 DeLallo Pitted Green Olives Gigante
  • 3 cloves garlic, sliced
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh oregano
  • 1/4 cup DeLallo Red Wine Vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons DeLallo Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Directions:

Rinse the olives well under running water; drain and dry them.

Heat garlic and oil in a large saucepan on a medium flame. Once heated, add olives and stir them well with the oil for about 3 minutes. Next, add the vinegar and allow it to reduce, about 2 minutes. Combine with oregano and serve warm.
