In the eighth part of the California Olive series, harvest has begun! We watch the olives picked by hand into large buckets, then transferred within 24 hours to the DeLallo/Ehmann plant in Orrville, California, where they are graded, sorted and put into large tanks of brine to begin their journey through the curing process.
