Sevillano Olive Sizes

Next we visit the DeLallo curing plant, where the olives are sorted and sized on arrival. We use the top four sizes of olives to make our Sevillano olives and stuffed olives—Extra Large, Jumbo, Colossal and Super Colossal. Check in on the olives as they go on their way to the brine tanks!
