Directions

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook gnocchi according to package instruction.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil on medium-high setting. Once oil is hot, add prosciutto and cook until crisp. Add sauce and hot gnocchi. Stir to evenly distribute ingredients. Top with fresh mozzarella and sprinkle with Parmesan.
  • Cover and cook until cheese is melted and sauce is bubbling, about 5 minutes.
