Coconut and Lime Holiday Cooler

Baby, it’s cold outside. But this cocktail will transport you to a warmer climate. With coconut water, lime juice, and lots of fresh mint, our holiday cooler will put a fresh twist on your next cocktail party.

SERVES: 4
LEVEL: Super Simple

INGREDIENTS

¼ cup fresh mint leaves
½ lime, cut into wedges
2 Tablespoons sugar
¼ teaspoon salt
6 ounces vodka
½ cup coconut water
Ice cubes
1 tablespoon DeLallo Lime Juice
2 cups refrigerated coconut milk, chilled
4 ounces DeLallo Sweet and Tangy Pepper Drops

DIRECTIONS

Muddle mint leaves, lime wedges, sugar, and salt in a cocktail shaker.
Add 6 ounces vodka and ice cubes. Shake for 15 seconds. Strain into a pitcher
Add lime juice and coconut water. Stir to combine and pour into 4 lowball glasses filled with ice. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and Pepper Drops.
