Directions

  • Heat oil in a large saucepan. Once hot, add garlic and chili pepper flakes. Cook for about a minute.
  • Stir in semi-dried tomatoes and olives. Cook together until ingredients are warmed through, about 5-7 minutes.
  • In the meantime, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook gnocchi according to package instructions. Drain. Toss hot gnocchi, 2/3 of the fresh basil and lemon zest with tomatoes and olives in saucepan.
  • Serve topped with Parmesan and a garnish of basil.
