DIRECTIONS
  1. Bring 5 quarts of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain, reserving 1/2 cup of the pasta water.
  2. Pulse the beans, garlic, oil, milk, cheese, salt and pepper in a food processor. Blend until smooth.
  3. Add the bean sauce to a large sauté pan and cook until heated through, about 5-10 minutes.
  4. Add the pasta, reserved pasta water and pepper flakes to the sauce. Cook together for another 5 minutes.
  5. Divide into bowls or serve family-style. Top with a drizzle of olive oil and serve.
