Expertly milled flour is combined with cool spring water, then extruded into pasta with artisanal bronze dies. These dies create a rougher surface area made to capture pasta sauces. Slow drying at low temperatures ensure that pasta retains nutrients and its fresh-bread flavor. Always cooks up al dente.
