When will my order ship?
All orders placed at DeLallo.com will ship out within three (3) business days of placing an order. If a delay occurs, you will be notified by email of the delay. In order to ensure safe delivery of perishable products, some orders received later in the week may be delayed to the Monday of the next business week to ensure that they are received within two (2) days of leaving our warehouse.
During the ordering process, you can request for us to hold your order for a later delivery date. We will do our best to deliver by this date. Leave us a comment in the checkout if your requested date is for a special occasion.
Where can DeLallo.com orders be shipped?
We currently ship to all addresses within the United States and the District of Columbia. We currently do not ship to U.S. Territories, Canada nor Mexico. We can not deliver to PO Boxes.
Can I ship for pickup to the Jeannette Italian Marketplace?
No, we currently are unable to offer pickup service at the Italian Marketplace.
Why am I being forced to expedite my package?
Shipments containing perishable items must be delivered within two (2) days to ensure that they can be safely consumed. Items that required this expedited delivery will be noted as such on the product page and during the checkout process. Please see the map below to determine if your address may require expedited shipping.
Can I purchase items only found at the DeLallo Italian Marketplace in Jeannette, PA through DeLallo.com?
Yes, you may order special request items from our Italian Marketplace in a phone order. Please contact our Customer Service Department directly at 1-877-DELALLO (335-2556). No discounts of any kind (including prices found in our Weekly Ad) can be applied to special request items from our store.
