Whether grilled or made on your stovetop, these burgers are a family favorite, brimming with tart olives, briny feta and all the Greek flavors you love. Easy enough for a weeknight meal, served with cool, creamy cucumber sauce. Ingredients:

Directions:In a large bowl, combine ground turkey with chopped Greek Feta Salad, dried oregano, 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, onion, salt, pepper and lemon juice. Shape mixture into four 4-inch patties. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet on a medium-high setting. Add burgers and sauté until cooked through, about 8 minutes. Flip burgers to cook evenly. Serve burgers in buns topped with lettuce, tomato and a few spoonfuls of Tzatziki or cucumbers and sour cream. Serves 4 |
