Creamy Artichoke Dip
This hot and bubbly dish is a super quick solution to your party food dilemma... Serve it hot with tortilla chips, pita wedges or crackers and be sure to get a taste, because it doesn't last long at parties!
- 2 (13.75-ounce) cans DeLallo Artichoke Hearts in Brine, drained and chopped
- 1 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup DeLallo Grated Romano Cheese
- 1/4 cup DeLallo Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 teaspoon DeLallo Lemon Juice
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until combined. Transfer the mixture to a shallow oven proof bowl. Sprinkle the top with the grated Romano.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 350˚F degrees or until golden brown.
