Artichoke Dip

This hot and bubbly dish is a super quick solution to your party food dilemma... Serve it hot with tortilla chips, pita wedges, or crackers and be sure to get a taste, because it doesn't last long at parties!

Ingredients:

  • 2 14oz cans DeLallo Artichoke Hearts, in brine, drained and chopped
  • 1 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup DeLallo Grated Romano Cheese
  • 1/4 cup DeLallo Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon DeLallo Lemon Juice

Directions:

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until combined. Transfer the mixture to a shallow oven proof bowl. Sprinkle the top with the grated Romano.

Bake for 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees or until golden brown.
