Cheesy Roasted Pepper Bruschetta Dip

This cheesy bruschetta dip is super simple to whip up and perfect for game-day gatherings, holiday get-togethers and happy hour bites.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 (7.05-ounce) jar DeLallo Roasted Pepper Bruschetta, drained
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 ¼ cups shredded mozzarella
  • ¼ cup grated Parmigiano-Reggiano

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Combine bruschetta, cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream and mozzarella in a small oven-proof baking dish. Mix well.
  3. Bake for 40 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
  4. Remove from heat and top with Parmigiano. Bake for another 20 minutes, or until the top becomes golden brown.
  5. Remove from the oven and let stand for 5-10 minutes. Serve with toasts, cut vegetables or pita chips.
