Almond Biscotti

Biscotti means twice-baked in Italian, and that still describes how our artisans hand-make our Almond Biscotti. These not-too-sweet cookies are terrific dipped in coffee or dessert wine, where the buttery taste of the cookie and the crunchy, nutty almonds are shown to advantage.
