Funghi Fiamma

These "mushrooms of fire" look and taste spicy hot! We marinate small brown button mushrooms in garlic and red chilis with slivers of roasted pepper for a chewy, hot fungus feast that can be used as an appetizer, a daring pasta topping or the base of a fast, eye-opening soup.
