Al Limone Dressing (with Lemon)

This is a mild, yet tangy, way to dress a salad - especially those that are to accompany or follow grilled meats and steaks, as these are traditionally served with lemon in Italy.

Ingredients:

• 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
• 4 tablespoons DeLallo Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 1 tablespoon salt
• Pinch of ground pepper

Directions:

Pour lemon juice into bowl. While whisking, slowly add extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper.
