Creamy Parmesan Pesto Salad Dressing
Whether you're dressing a fresh summer salad or dunking your crispy breaded zucchini, our Creamy Parmesan Pesto Dressing is a tasty complement to a myriad of kitchen creations. Fragrant basil pesto and nutty Parmesan cheese come together in a delicious way and are ready to take on your recipes!
Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup whole milk
- 1 teaspoon DeLallo Golden Balsamic Style Vinegar
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons DeLallo Pesto
- 1 tablespoon DeLallo Grated Parmesan
Directions:
First combine milk and vinegar in a mixing bowl. Let stand for 5 minutes. This gives the milk a tangy, buttermilk flavor. Whisk in mayo, pesto and Grated Parmesan until ingredients are well combined.
For best flavor, refrigerate dressing for, at least, 2 hours to allow flavors to develop.
