Pancetta Gorgonzola Dip

This warm, creamy dip is the perfect balance of tangy, smoky blue cheese, savory Italian pancetta and fragrant garlic. Serve with crispy breadsticks or crusty slices of bread.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 pound DeLallo Pancetta, diced and cooked
  • 1 teaspoon DeLallo Minced Garlic
  • 24 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 4 ounces Gorgonzola cheese
  • 1/4 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1/4 cup chives, chopped

Directions:

In a large saucepan, cook pancetta over medium-high heat for about 7-8 minutes or until crisp. Drain, then set aside. Once cooled, crumble. Combine pancetta, garlic, cream cheese and blue cheese in a large bowl. Transfer mixture to a casserole dish and top with pecans. Bake at 350˚F for about 30 minutes.

Serve warm and topped with chives.
