Pesto Dressing

This dressing is  delicious and versatile. Drizzle it on pasta salads, use it as a marinade for chicken and fish, or simply toss some with a mix of your favorite fresh greens to make a tasty salad. 

Ingredients:

• 2 tablespoons DeLallo Basil Pesto
• 2 tablespoons DeLallo Golden Sweet Vinegar 
• 5 tablespoons DeLallo Extra Virgin Olive Oil 

Directions:

Whisk the pesto and golden vinegar together in a small bowl until well combined. Slowly drizzle in the olive oil, whisking constantly until fully incorporated. Continue to whisk for an additional 1 to 2 minutes. Season to taste with salt and black pepper. Let the dressing sit for 10 minutes to allow the flavor to develop. 

Suggestion: When you make this dressing, we suggest that you make double or triple the quantity so you’ll always have it on hand to use with your favorite foods.
