This tasty Mediterranean favorite shines at any get together. Seasoned with smoky, sweet piquillo peppers, fresh garlic and our imported Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil, chickpeas never tasted so good! Ingredients:
Directions:In a food processor, pulse the chickpeas, garlic, tahini, lemon juice, and peppers until incorporated well. While blending, slowly add enough olive oil for a smooth consistency. Season with salt and pepper to taste Serve as a dip for fresh vegetables or warmed pita chips. Serves 4 to 6 |
